🥄 Instructions:

  1. Place the eggs in a pan
    Take the eggs straight from the fridge and place them in a frying pan.

  2. Add water
    Pour in enough water to cover about half of the eggs.

  3. Boil the water
    Turn on the heat (use a match if you’re feeling nostalgic!) and bring the water to a boil.

  4. Set the timer
    Once it starts boiling:

    • For soft-boiled eggs, cook for 6 minutes.

    • For hard-boiled eggs, cook for 8 minutes.

  5. Cool the eggs
    Immediately transfer the eggs to cold water. Change the water a few times to cool them faster.
    This makes peeling the shells much easier!

  6. Serve or store

    • Eat right away, or

    • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

💡 Health Tip:

Eat 1–2 boiled eggs before a meal to feel full and avoid overeating. It’s a great habit to teach your kids too!
