🥄 Instructions:

Place the eggs in a pan
Take the eggs straight from the fridge and place them in a frying pan. -
Add water
Pour in enough water to cover about half of the eggs. -
Boil the water
Turn on the heat (use a match if you’re feeling nostalgic!) and bring the water to a boil. -
Set the timer
Once it starts boiling:-
For soft-boiled eggs, cook for 6 minutes.

For hard-boiled eggs, cook for 8 minutes.

Cool the eggs
Immediately transfer the eggs to cold water. Change the water a few times to cool them faster.
This makes peeling the shells much easier! -
Serve or store

Eat right away, or

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Eat 1–2 boiled eggs before a meal to feel full and avoid overeating. It’s a great habit to teach your kids too!
