🍞 Healthy Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

Just 4 Ingredients – Easy & Homemade!

Ingredients:

  • 400g whole wheat flour (about 14 oz)

  • 5g salt (0.18 oz)

  • 4g yeast (0.14 oz)

  • 400ml warm water at 40°C (104°F)

  • 10ml olive oil (0.34 oz)

(Optional: butter for richer flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a large bowl.

  2. Mix slowly until a dough forms.

  3. Let it rise for 30 minutes.

  4. Transfer the dough to a bread pan.

  5. Let it rise again for 20–30 minutes.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.
    (Or air fry at the same temperature after 3 minutes of preheating.)

  7. Enjoy your crispy outside, soft inside homemade bread!
